Wholesale Terms & Conditions
To place a wholesale order with Craft Make Do, apply for a wholesale account by filling out the wholesale application form. Once approved, you can place an order by logging into your qccount on our website. If you need assistance, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received your order, we will send you an estimated dispatch date.
Minimum order value on all orders is $300.
Payment must be made at the time of order. We accept payment via credit card and Paypal. Orders will be shipped once full payment has cleared.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.
As all of our items are handmade, please allow up to three weeks from time of order to shipping. We will endeavour to have your order posted as quickly as possible.
For orders posted in Australia, we offer either regular or express shipping. If you would like to use express post, please request this at the time of order. Free shipping is offered on all wholesale orders over $600.
If, on receipt of your order, an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within five working days of receiving your order.
When you open a wholesale account with us, you will not automatically receive postcode exclusivity. If you would like to be considered for exclusivity, please contact us. Exclusivity will not be granted for online retail stores. You are responsible for notifying us of all locations you wish to have considered for exclusivity. If you move, you must inform us in writing. To maintain exclusivity, you must spend a minimum of $650 every 90 days. If you are a new stockist, a minimum spend of $500 applies to your first order.
If you are selling our products online, sales must be restricted to your own online store. Craft Make Do products must not be distributed through third-party marketplaces including, but not restricted to, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, and Amazon. If you require further clarification, please email us.
