Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped via regular Australia Post. Should you wish to add a signature or insurance at an additional charge, we’re happy to arrange registered post. Express post is available at an additional cost.

Please allow up to 14-21 days for your order to arrive. Please email hello@craftmakedo.com if you do not receive your parcel in the expected time frame.

If you do not provide the correct address and a parcel is returned to us, you will be charged additional postage to have your parcel sent to the correct address.
