Refund policy
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order is faulty or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@craftmakedo.com within 48 hours. Please provide a description of the issue and photographs so that we can see the problem. From there, we will be in contact to guide you through the replacement process.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened in it's original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
If we are unable to replace your item, we will offer you a refund.
Change of Mind
We cannot offer you a refund if you have changed your mind. However, we are happy to offer you an exchange of equal value within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@craftmakedo.com so that we can start the process.

Once we receive your return, we will send your replacement product.
Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for change of mind exchanges.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, we will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take several days for your financial institution to process a refund.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return Shipping
For change of mind exchanges, you will be responsible for paying all additional shipping costs related to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure that you provide us with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for the returned item until it has been received by us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning a damaged or faulty item, we will provide a shipping label.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
